Under-16 Team Win Very Close Match Against Surrey
The match could not have been closer, and the final result was 10 games each. However Suffolk edged the result by winning 23 rubbers to 22 which was a fantastic achievement.
Surrey came with a strong team, but the Suffolk team kept pace with them the whole way through the match, with some amazing individual performances and a tremendous team spirit.
Suffolk's Under-16 squad are undefeated in their last seven Shires League matches. Long may the run continue.
Under-14 Team Win at Home to Cambridgeshire
The Suffolk Under-14 Team won 16 - 4 but it was a much harder match than the score suggests. Coach Pauline Tarbit has congratulated all the players, including three who were playing their first ever county match.
The team will be training hard in preparation for their next match at home to Essex.
