This session is aimed at adults of any age who would like to have a go at the great game of badminton. It’s the fastest racket sport in the world but don’t worry, we usually take our time when we play! We start each session with a warm up together as a group, just to loosen up and to prepare for the session. Then we have a go at one or two practices (we are all keen to improve a little, if we can), we then play plenty of games, usually doubles but we do sometimes have a game of singles (very energetic!).

All of the equipment is provided, so don’t worry if you don’t have your own racket. The session is led by a Badminton England Licensed Coach.

We are not a club – but we are a very friendly group who love to play badminton. Beginners, as well as those who haven’t played since their school days, are particularly welcome. We would love to see you.
